To fill out our online form, fill in all thefields below and click on the "Send in Registration" button at the bottom of the form so we can call, fax, or e-mail you to confirm your reservation. See our conditional information below.
NOTE:A medical information form plus liability release will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration to be returned to us no later than 45 days before the specific departure date.

  • Wild Heart Adventures can provide tents, sleeping bags and pads on a rental basis. Advanced Notice is required
  • All prices subject to a 7% goods and services tax.

To ensure your place on one of our expeditions,we require a 50% deposit (cheque, bank draft, money order, VISAor MasterCard). The balance of your payment is due 60 days beforethe trip departure date. Upon receipt of your deposit, we willsend confirmation of your reservation, expedition informationand a suggested equipment list. Due to the nature of operatingin wilderness areas, prices are subject to change. Wild HeartAdventures reserves the right to cancel any expedition. Shouldthis occur, a full refund will apply if you cannot reschedule.In the event that you should cancel with more than 60 days writtennotice to us, a full refund will be given less a $100/person administrationfee. Cancellation received 59-31 days prior to trip departurewill receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 30 days of thetrip departure date, we will retain the full amount unless youcan find a replacement. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellationinsurance for your protection in the event of illness. Pleasenote that such insurance is only available at the time of registration.
